Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try everything for free for 14 days.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time. Your plan will end after your subscription for the month ends. We can't offer any refunds.
Why do you only offer one paid subscription?
Building software and running servers is expensive. Without support we can't continue to improve the app. We don't want to spend time trying to upsell you subscription features or distract you with ads. A simple, transparent subscription lets us focus on making the app exactly what you need.
Where is the app available?
It's available everywhere on the web but only in the USA for Android and iOS. We're planning to be everywhere but making sure we do everything right in each language and country takes some work. Let us know if you want it in your country.
How does billing work?
When your free trial ends, you will be charged each month on your credit card, the Apple App Store, or Play Store, depending on where you signed up.
How can I delete my account?
There is a button in the profile section of the app. Click the button and confirm that you would like to delete your account and related data. You may have to cancel your subscription through the app store you used to start your subscription. There isn't a way for us to cancel app store subscriptions for you.
I can't afford a subscription. What should I do?
If you really can't afford a subscription we still want you to be able to use the app. Send us an email and we'll set you up with a year for free. We ask that you let us know once a year that you can't afford the app. We trust you to support us if you can and understand if you can't.
